Casino War is as straightforward and exciting a card game as the name would suggest! All cards are ranked according to their poker value with Aces being the highest. The player and the dealer are dealt one card each. If the players card beats the dealers card then the player wins, if the dealers card beats the players card then the dealer wins. In the case of both cards being of equal value then then you as the player are faced with a choice. You can either lose half your bet or you can go to 'war!' You also have the option of a side bet where you are betting that the two initial cards would tie. If you decide to go to war then you must double your bet. The dealer would then give himself and you a second card. If your second card either beats or ties with the dealer's second card, then the you win even money on the raise and the original bet is a push. If the dealer's second card beats your second card thenyou will lose both your original and additional bet. Remember, its war!
