One of my favourite board games is Monopoly, I love it. Whatever age you are nothing beats a good game of Monopoly. The more property you own on the board the better as you are more likely to own sets. In Monopoly sets are streets of the same colour. Once you own all streets that belong the any one given colour you can then buy houses and hotels for those properties. When your fellow players land on your property they have to pay you rent. The properties go around the board in order of expense for both the property itself and the rent. What makes this game really fun and exciting is when you are willing the other players to land on your desired spot and pay up! The game also features extra features to enhance the fun such as the risk of going to jail in the game, collecting money when you move around the board and random Community Chest and Chance cards which could be good news or bad news.
